
Working with Alica was one of the best decisions I could ever make. I can’t believe it’s been almost a year and a half! I learned so much about lifting (looking back on my first videos I sent is honestly comical), macros, living a balanced and healthy life, building muscle, and so much more! Alica was always available when I had a question; she was at the ready with an answer/video almost immediately! She personalized perfect workouts for me every month, and always made sure they were safe and effective with my scoliosis. Lastly, we have RESULTS baby!!! The struggle is REAL
when going thru menopause. I was eating salads and doing cardio and still heavy. My baby sister started working with Alicia over 1 year ago. My sister was always thin and tall. Alica has completely changed my mindset on fitness and helped me gain so much confidence, both inside and outside of the gym! Prior to working with Alica, I had 3 years of experience with lifting, but very little experience with macros and had finally hit a wall in my fitness journey where I was no longer seeing any progress.

I started training with Alica for a year now and I noticed how my body changed and how strong I became. Training with her is been great for me because sometimes it is hard to keep going and she motivates and help me to find the balance of a healthy life. I appreciate all her effort and the time that she spent to plan a program according to my needs.

My time with Alica has taken the guesswork and frustration out of my fitness goals. I always wanted to feel strong and look strong, but I couldn’t find the right recipe to make it happen. When I started working with Alica, she showed me what a structured program could do over time. Alica programs my workouts and keeps my lifts consistent so I can track my progress. Because everyone has a past injury or weakness, she will modify or sub in exercises that are just as challenging on a certain muscle group, but easier on my knees or back. She constantly checks my form videos and gives suggestions to help me safely get the most out of each set. Her structured program allows me to walk into the gym, look at my plan for that day and execute. When I leave I know what step goal to shoot for and how to handle my daily meals. Alica calculates my macros and adjusts them as I go between maintenance and cuts. When I do a cut, I use my adjusted macros and I get in and out! I no longer diet year round with poor results. I still want to get stronger and Alica’s program allows me to do it safely and successfully. I love my coach!
