
Personalized Program Design
What You Get:
One-on-one coaching. I will design a program completely for your needs. No gym? No problem. I’ll create a program with equipment you have available. Already a seasoned lifter? A coach is just the tool you need to kick your gains into high gear. Short on time? I can program specifically for your time constraints.
Personalized-program design comes with a complete macro consultation. I will calculate your calories needs. You can choose to cut, and we will calculate a deficit. Or, you can choose to build, and we can calculate a surplus. I will give you the tools to finally take your nutrition into your own hands. I will provide a list of foods broken down into protein, carbohydrate, and fat, so you can have a better understanding of the macronutrients. I will provide a list of grocery staples to help aid in your success.
We will have a Zoom call so I can get to know you better. This is where you’ll be able to get your questions answered. We will have check-ins as often as necessary so I can assess your progress and make adjustments as necessary. I make myself available to my clients so you will never have to wait more than 24 hours to get a question answered.
With lifting, correct form is essential. I will be assessing your form on all lifts. If you are very new to lifting I will provide you with video demonstrations for every exercises. You can expect form check-ins from me on a regular basis.
I will take away all of the guesswork.
What I Expect from You:
A minimum of 3-month commitment. Change takes time. This is not a quick-fix solution; it is a lifestyle change. I will need you to commit to tracking macros for the first 3 months. I want you to learn the skills that you can use the rest of your life.
Absolute transparency. I cannot guide you if you’re not honest with me. This includes your past history with dieting. I will need you to be willing to share your food logs with me. I am not here to judge you; I only want to help you as much as possible. The best way for that to happen is through communication.
I will want you to take progress photos. You can only see how far you’ve come by seeing where you’ve started. You can opt to keep them private if you choose.
Willingness to change. Often old habits need to be broken and new habits restored in their place.
A 3 month commitment is required at the price of $200 per month.
